Event Description

This career workshop, designed exclusively for the Penn World Scholars sophomore class, provides tailored professional development at a pivotal stage in their academic journey. The program features expert guidance from Career Services’ staff memers on exploring career pathways, preparing for internships, and developing networking skills.

In addition, ISSS advisors and directors will participate to provide immigration-related guidance to help international students understand employment authorization and related requirements. The highlight also includes the participation of PWS Alumni who currently work in different non-profit organizations and corporates in Great Philadelphia/New Jersey/New York providing experiences and words of wisdom to the class.Together, these sessions will equip students with practical tools, cross-cultural awareness, and institutional support to confidently plan their next steps.
