Penn Parents Class of 2026

The Office of Parent Outreach and Development/Penn Parents is the central resource for connecting undergraduate parents and families to the University. On their website you can find information about different parent resources. You can also view the 2021-2022 University Parent Guide here.

Penn University Life

Penn University Life is Penn’s foremost provider of student services and educational access. To learn more about Penn University Life click here! Penn University Life also has a list of essential resources for parents including academic and career support, campus and community life, health and wellness, Student Intervention Services, Public Safety and Penn Parents Program.

Student Health Services

Student Health Services (SHS) is a full-service primary care center providing accessible, cost-effective, and customer-focused health care designed to meet student needs. Wellness at Penn

Student Health and Counseling is a the primary care and psychological care division of Wellness at Penn. Our state-of-the-art medical and counseling centers are designed to provide high-quality, compassionate care for students during their academic journey.

Student Registration and Financial Services

Student Registration and Financial Services (SRFS) is Penn’s central resource for student financial questions, as well as registration and enrollment. Their Parent Corner includes helpful information such as the billing schedule and different financing and payment plan options. You can also view your son or daughter’s student account bill on Penn.Pay, Penn’s electronic billing system.

Campus Express

Campus Express for Parents provides parents with more information on their services and allows parents to sign up for an email list to receive periodic updates. Click here for more information regarding housing, dining, property protection, University Square, Hilton Inn at Penn and Sheraton University City Hotel.

Residential Services

Penn’s Residential Services works closely with partner departments to support residents in their academic endeavors, their personal growth, and their day to day life on campus. To learn more about policies and procedures and renter’s insurance and to view their contact information, click here. Division of Public Safety

The Division of Public Safety (DPS) comprises 178 personnel, 118 of which are sworn University of Pennsylvania Police Officers. DPS provides services such as 24/7 walking escort and Penn Guardian. To read more about their safety initiatives, click here.
