PHINS Group Activities & Lunch: Lunch, Safe Living Presentation & Penn Violence Prevention Consent Circles 

Event Description

PHINS Orientation Group Activities allow first-years to meet with their orientation leader and members of their orientation group. As a group, first-years attend orientation events, meals, and more! 

Safe Living at Penn offers first-years a chance to hear from campus resources who provide support services throughout their undergraduate career. Speakers include representatives from Public Safety, Campus Health, PVP, and more! 

PVP Consent Circles build community, share resources, & normalize conversations on consent and supporting individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence.

GROUPS 1-30 (9:45am – 2:45pm)  

• 9:45am – Meet PHINS Group Outside College House
  • Look for your PHINS Orientation Leader holding up your group number sign!  
  • Fall athletes: See special group meet-up instructions above under *College House*.
• 10am – 11:15am – Penn Violence Prevention (PVP) Consent Circle
  • Your PHINS Orientation Leader will guide your group to the location. 
• 11:15am – 12pm – PHINS Group Activities
  • Your PHINS Orientation Leader will lead you on a campus tour.  
• 12pm – 1pm – Lunch
  • Enjoy lunch in the dining cafés.
• 1:15pm – 2:45pm – Safe Living at Penn
  • Harold L. Zellerbach Theatre, Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts 

GROUPS 31-60 (11:15am – 4:30pm)  

• 11:15am – Meet PHINS Group Outside College House
  • Look for your PHINS Orientation Leader holding up your group number sign!

• 11:30am – 12:45pm – Penn Violence Prevention (PVP) Consent Circle
  • Your PHINS Orientation Leader will guide your group to the location.

GROUPS 61-90 (11:15am – 4:30pm)
