How to Support a Survivor

Event Description

Has someone you care about ever told you about an experience of interpersonal violence, and you didn’t know what to say? Or would you like to be prepared if a loved one ever tells you about it? Hearing about someone’s experience can be tough. This training will educate participants on the impact of sexual assault and relationship violence, and provide them with concrete skills to support survivors of interpersonal violence.

This workshop is open to undergraduate, graduate and professional students only. If you are a staff or faculty member and are interested in hosting this workshop for your department, please email ReemaM@upenn.edu.
