Event Description

The college student experience is exciting because it is so multifaceted, ranging from academics and extracurricular activities to residential life and alumni mentorship. Penn’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected within each of these facets, and our cultural resource centers represent that commitment, offering a vibrant array of intercultural experiences, thoughtful leadership opportunities and caring guidance as students navigate their unique individual journeys. A panel of student, parent, staff, and alumni voices will highlight the comprehensive offerings available through Penn’s six cultural resource centers: the Greenfield Intercultural Center, Makuu Black Cultural Center, La Casa Latina: Center for Hispanic Excellence, the Pan Asian American Community House, the LGBT Center, and the Penn Women’s Center. If your child identifies with any of these communities, or if your child is interested in learning from these vibrant spaces, then this discussion is for you. Masks are required in Zellerbach Theatre. Immediately following the panel, staff will be available to answer questions in the Annenberg Lobby. Light food and Refreshments will be served.
