Cityside Pumpkin Patch

Event Description

Mujeres Empoderadas (M.E.) is hosting a fall outing to Cityside Pumpkin Patch to provide members and interested students an opportunity to connect, celebrate the season, and enjoy a festive off-campus experience together.

The trip will include admission to the pumpkin patch, with opportunities for activities like scarecrow archery, pumpkin picking and pumpkin smashing to foster bonding and relaxation outside of the academic environment. As our second event of the semester, this outing provides an important opportunity to re-energize students, deepen relationships among members, and welcome new participants in a relaxed and joyful setting. Rooted in M.E.’s mission to uplift and empower students who identify with the Latina and/or Hispanic cultural experience, the event seeks to create space for shared connection, cultural celebration, and mutual support. All students are welcome to join, with a special welcome to underclassmen, as we continue fostering inclusivity, unity, and campus engagement through meaningful community experiences.
