Kamayan: Sophomore Potluck

Event Description

Every Thanksgiving, the Philippine Association hosts Kamayan, which is our version of a Thanksgiving Potluck. This event is catered specifically to our sophomores, who, for the first time, pick up both an ate/kuya (big) and an ading (little). This event invites lins, headed by sophomores, to cook and bond together, not only fostering connection within the lin, but also with the wider community as they come together to share food with one another, a core part of Filipino culture and tradition. Sophomores will get to reconnect with Filipino culture by cooking Filipino dishes. Sign up to bring something!
